John Hronek has been in the telecommunications industry for 27 years. He started with Executone in 1978 as an installation technician and has held multiple management positions with various companies ever sense. He was the NW regional Telecommunication Manager for Safeway Stores, where he was in charge of 225 store locations in a 5 state region. He became the National telecommunications Manager for USTravel (the parent company of Doug Fox Travel) where he was in charge of all voice and data communications to over 300 locations. He then became a management consultant for EDS Corporation where he designed, engineered and implemented some of the largest customer call centers in the country. Upon leaving EDS John formed Tellink LTD, enabling him to bring his unique and extensive abilities to business, government, and industry.
Kevin Rolnick has 25 years experience in corporate and telecommunications. Kevin's corporate communications account base included Microsoft, Boeing, and Eddie Bauer. His telecom industry experience includes direct sales of outsourced voicemail services and manufactures representative of major PBX, Video Conferencing, and Data manufacturers, including Cisco, Inter-Tel, Mitel, NEC, Tandberg, and Polycom. Trained by all manufactures to identify, design and recommend application based solutions for businesses with single and multiple locations. Training includes designing solutions based on traditional telephony and video conferencing standards as well developing IP standards. Kevin was a founding partner of Tellink with John Hronek bringing his extensive technology background to the service of business and government.
Monty Grodecki has an extensive background in LAN and Server design, installation, and maintenance. His certifications include MCSE, A+, Network+ and CCNA(Cisco). Monty has several years LAN and project management experience working for companies such as EDS and Acrosonic. For 4 years, he owned his own LAN Consulting and Support company that was responsible for maintaining over 100 networks within the Seattle/Puget Sound Area before joining Tellink in 2005. Monty has held primarily managerial and sales positions in business over the past twenty years. He has a Business degree from the University of Manitoba (Canada).
Shawna Hagg has an extensive background in project management and marketing background from both the Travel and Web Development Industries. Since being employed with Tellink she has been the lead project manager on many complex PBX installations. She is Tellink’s E911 expert and is developing an expertise in Call Center design. Shawna also was given the task of creating a Customer Service training program. She researched, developed and gave 8 hour customized trainings for many of our clients, to measured success. Shawna, is currently managing a number of our major clients and is in the process of creating a Dispatch Manager position for Tellink. Shawna has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Travel and Tourism from Central Washington University.
